April 7, 2017

Dear Moose Community,

It has been a cool, rainy week! We are certainly hoping these April showers will result in beautiful May flowers.

This week our 3rd and 4th graders were treated to a fun field trip to the Pioneer Valley Symphony with Mr. Peele! They enjoyed a beautiful concert at Greenfield High School.

Grade 5 completed their ELA MCAS. Thank you to the families that donated snacks for the students on testing days. If you have a child who will be testing in the coming weeks, we would appreciate any donations of healthy treats for the students on the days they test. Several sign up sheets were communicated to you through email. The rest of the testing schedule is included in this RTN.

We have enjoyed seeing families come into the school for conferences this week. As a reminder, conferences continue next week on Tuesday the 11th and Wednesday the 12th.  Tuesday and Wednesday will have 1:00 dismissals because of this.

Next week grades K-2 will enjoy their annual Quabbin field trip. They welcome parent/guardian chaperones. If you would like to be a chaperone, you will need an updated CORI form completed and processed before the trip.

Reminder: April Vacation is from 4/17-4/21!

Best,

Jackie
